Decent upgrade for the price

I bought the Multimedia Video Box to add more functionality to my car's screen. The setup was mostly straightforward, but the instructions could have been a bit clearer on a couple of steps. Once it was up and running, the video quality was surprisingly good, and it handles streaming well. I appreciated the free shipping. The device itself gets a little warm after prolonged use, which is a minor concern, but it hasn't affected performance yet. Overall, it's a solid product for the price, and it definitely enhances the in-car experience.

Good product, fast delivery

Ordered a CarPlay AI Box. Arrived quickly. Works as advertised. Setup was easy. No issues. Very satisfied.

So easy to use, works great!

I ordered the Wireless CarPlay Adapter and it's fantastic! Setup was a breeze, just plugged it in and it connected right up to my car. My infotainment system feels so modern now. Delivery took about 5 days to get to me in Oregon, which was fine. I wish it came in more colors, but that's minor. I'm definitely shopping here again and telling all my friends about it!

Good upgrade for older cars

I purchased the Android Auto Wireless Adapter to update my 2018 sedan's system. Ordering was straightforward on their website, and the confirmation email came quickly. It arrived in Ohio in about a week. Installation was mostly plug-and-play, though I did have to consult the online guide for a minute to ensure I was using the correct USB port. The connection is stable and responsive, and I haven't experienced any drops. The audio quality through the adapter is clear. Customer support was helpful when I asked a compatibility question before buying. My only small gripe is the adapter itself gets a little warm after prolonged use, but it doesn't affect performance.

Reliable as always

This is my third purchase from New Car Soul, and once again, they delivered. I picked up the Android Auto Wireless Adapter this time for my second car, and it works just as flawlessly as the CarPlay adapter I bought last year. Shipping was quicker this time around, only took 4 days to reach me in Austin. Their products are consistently good quality, and they always function right out of the box. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, though I wish they had more color options for the devices themselves.

So happy with my adapter!

Oh my goodness, I just got the Wireless CarPlay Adapter and it's absolutely fantastic! Installation was a breeze, seriously, it took like two minutes. Now I have wireless CarPlay in my older car and it feels like a brand new vehicle! I can't believe how seamlessly it connects. The sound quality is perfect too. I'm telling everyone about New Car Soul, and I will definitely be buying from them again!

Great value, saved money

I was looking for a cost-effective way to get CarPlay without replacing my entire head unit, and the Wired to Wireless CarPlay Converter was perfect. I waited for a seasonal promotion and got 10% off, which made a difference. The installation instructions were clear enough for me to follow easily, and it connected to my phone right away. For the price I paid, the value is excellent. It feels sturdy, not cheap, and has been working perfectly. The only thing is I wish it had come with a longer USB cable.

Decent product, some shipping issues

I bought a Multimedia Video Box from New Car Soul. The product itself works as advertised, letting me watch videos on my car's screen, which is a nice feature for passengers. The quality feels solid for the price. However, shipping was a bit slow; it took nearly two weeks to reach my address in Florida, which was longer than I expected. The packaging was secure, though. Their customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which I appreciated. I just wish the tracking updates were more frequent. Overall, a good product, but they could improve on delivery times.
